The PDF files allow you to print the plans as many times as you need, with the plan printing in double size A4. This package includes CAD files (DWG & SKP) along with PDF files. The plan features a 10×20 feet small house with a shed roof, measuring 3×6 meters, containing 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The house includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, washing room, and store room. The package comes with original AutoCAD and SketchUp files, detailing footing, beam, and column location plans, floor plan, door & window sizes, typical wall detailing, light location plans, roof and roof beam plans, elevations plan, cross-section, and 3D views of all sides. Please note that these plans cannot be copied and resold under Federal Copyright Law, but you are permitted to use them to construct a single unit.
