RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Building Plans Design, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of the products we sell, we have a specific returns policy in place.

Digital Products

Our primary product is building plans provided in a digital format. These are non-tangible, digital goods, and because of this, our products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once the plan has been sent or downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded. All sales of digital products are final.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy will only be considered in the following circumstances:

1. Non-Delivery of the Product: There might be instances where due to some mailing issues, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In such cases, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. If not reported within the time frame, the product will be considered received and downloaded.
2. Major Defects: All our products are thoroughly tested before release, but unexpected errors may occur. These issues must be reported directly to our support department. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If a defect is verified and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements.
3. Product not-as-described: Such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product.
