This product is a set of 1500 sq. ft. one-story house plans designed for a one-time construction project. The package includes detailed plans such as elevations, floor plan, foundation plan, and roof framing plan. The plans are tailored to the Pacific Northwest region and comply with the 2015 IRC Code. Modifications may be necessary for local building regulations, and additional costs may apply for revisions. The plans are for a single build at a specific site location, and each site requires a separate purchase.
