This product is a house plan for a 1,922 sq. ft. home designed with the Pacific Northwest in mind. The plan includes detailed drawings for construction, such as elevations, floor plans, foundation plans, and roof framing plans. The plans are tailored to the 2015 IRC Code and may need additional engineering for local building regulations. Modifications for specific sites are possible but may incur extra costs. Each purchase is for a one-time use on one site only, and separate purchases are required for additional sites. The plans are delivered as a printable PDF via email after payment, in a 24″ X 36″ format, to scale at 1/4″ = 1′-0″. Note that all sales are final, and refunds are not provided.
