1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — including account registration details (name, email), images you upload for rendering, and board/project content you create. We also collect usage data such as render history, session interactions, and device/browser information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to: operate and improve VisionSpace Studio; process your render requests using AI models; provide your boards and design history; send transactional and product communications; and detect and prevent abuse.
3. Image Data
Images you upload are processed solely to generate your requested design outputs. We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models without explicit written consent. Rendered outputs are stored in your account and may be retained for up to 12 months after account closure unless you request deletion.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with third-party service providers (cloud hosting, AI inference providers) under strict data processing agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Public Boards & Explore
If you set a board or inspiration to "public", its content will appear in the Explore gallery and be visible to other users. You can change visibility in your board settings at any time.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and measure platform usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function correctly.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Rendered images linked to boards may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion to support undo workflows.
8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is 100% secure; we encourage strong passwords and recommend you do not share account credentials.
