By accessing or using VisionSpace Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Platform Purpose
VisionSpace Studio is an AI-powered design visualization platform that generates spatial concepts from photos, sketches, and 3D models. Outputs are creative visualizations intended for design exploration — not professional architectural drawings or engineering specifications.
3. Intellectual Property
Images you upload remain your property. Rendered outputs generated by VisionSpace Studio may be used for personal and commercial design projects. The platform engine, models, and software are the intellectual property of Love My Crib and may not be reverse-engineered or redistributed.
4. AI-Generated Content
VisionSpace Studio uses AI image generation. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate representations of real spaces. You are responsible for verifying suitability before making any design or purchasing decisions based on generated imagery.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party intellectual property rights. VisionSpace Studio reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
6. Billing & Credits
Render credits and subscription tiers are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits expire according to your plan terms. Enterprise and reseller accounts are governed by separate written agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
VisionSpace Studio is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for design decisions, procurement actions, or financial loss arising from the use of AI-generated imagery.

Your use of this platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
